Innes Muir
Principal Associate
A level headed and progressive leader, Innes Muir is commercially-driven, culturally sensitive and inclusive by nature.
His approach to project management values communication above all, and is why he’s so successful as an accomplished Programme Management Director. Having worked on three of the UK’s large rail infrastructure programmes and decades spent on infrastructure projects and in construction sector management roles, Innes is an influential and respected leader.
Catharine Symington
Principal Associate: Engagement Planning and Consent
Having worked in the engineering industry for over 25 years, Catharine Symington is an experienced strategic advisor, stakeholder engagement director and project developer.
With a focus on planning and consents in particular, Catharine has been involved in some of the UK’s largest projects such as the London 2012 Games, Lower Thames Crossing as well as smaller regional schemes. With her ‘big picture’ viewpoint, she acts as a ‘critical friend’ to clients and drives success with her broad range of experience.

Nigel Greenhalgh

A qualified programme manager and director with over 35 years of experience, Nigel Greenhalgh is our principal associate for programme management.
Having worked in the UK and internationally, Nigel has a good understanding of complex projects, providing a strategic overview to keep things on track throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle. Using governance and communications tools to create a united culture with a shared vision, Nigel has worked on a wide variety of projects providing independent and impartial advice to clients.
Charles L Manuel

For over twenty years, Charles L Manuel has successfully delivered ona range of multi-faceted projects and programmes.
From the Panama Canal Expansion to the Thames Tideway Tunnel, Charles’ expertise lends itself well to risk management, opportunities and change management. His global experience means that he champions multicultural team building, and implements strong equality, diversity and inclusion programmes within his projects.

As an experienced director with 30 years of experience in business transformation and change, Ben C Misselbrook is a well-established and highly regarded PMO.
Having had pivotal leadership roles in London 2012, Heathrow Terminal 2, HS2 and TfL programmes, Ben is a highly collaborative and strategic thinker. With experience across the full project lifecycle, he is a natural board and C-suite level operator, with a keen eye for analysis.

As the founder-director of Carbon Responsible, Hugo Kimber has been passionate about delivering data-driven solutions to measure, manage and reduce corporate carbon emissions since 2012, having worked in the field since 2006.
Hugo’s career as a business leader in travel and technology has not only informed his commercially literate approach to climate change, but has also lead to development of award-winning emissions databases. His experience enables him to identify opportunities and impacts of current and future government policy likely to affect businesses, investors and consumers.

Stephane is an experienced Director with over 25 years’ delivering infrastructure projects throughout their entire life-cycle, helping clients overcome challenges brought by the scale and complexity of their programmes, be they related to funding, delivery structure, project finance, governance, maturity, organisation, technical complexity, technology or operationalisation.
Bolstered by his international experience, Stephane founded Javelin a company dedicated to providing Clients with the agility required to deliver their complex and challenging projects. Most recently, Stephane has managed the carveout of a multimillion international business active in 9 countries, as part of the undertaking made by a global international firm to the European Commission and the CMA for a large Merger and Acquisition.
